Overview

The MAP Pro Data Global Broadcasting Service (GBS) receiver has been designed and implemented as a flexible data receiver secured using Cyphercast decryption for the GBS satellite system to provide live streams of video, audio and IP data. DVB-S, DVB-S2 and DVB-S2x are supported. With DVB-S2 and DVB-S2X, symbol rates from 100 ks/s to 64 Ms/s are supported, yielding data speeds up to 200 mb/s.

Designed to meet the demands GBS for secure high speed delivery of IP streams. The MAP Pro Data GBS is the ideal receiver with dual tuners, dual smart card readers and much higher speeds.  The low symbol rate of 100 ks/s allows for many now applications. The MAP Pro Data GBS receiver is intended to a backwards compatible, fit and function  replacement for the previous generation of SFX3102R, SFX3104FRL, SFX3104L-RE and the SFX4014 data receivers  markets.  The receiver uses SSD memory, eliminating the mechanical HDD of the predecessors for better reliability.
