Ottawa, ON, June 4, 2015 – International Datacasting Corporation (TSX: IDC), a technology provider for the world’s premiere broadcasters, is pleased to announce that Kansas Radio Network (KRN), a leading radio broadcaster and subsidiary of the Morris Communications Company, LLC, has selected the STAR Pro Audio™ solution to upgrade its 100+ broadcast site radio network.

The STAR Pro Audio solution includes professional DVB-S/S2 satellite audio receivers supporting integrated advertisement and content playout, and offers live professional audio decoding, recording and time-shifting. The solution provides maximum flexibility in data rates, codecs and sample rates, including MPEG Layer 2 for existing DVB compatibility or new High-Efficiency Advanced Audio Coding (HE-AAC) for the best audio performance at the lowest bit rate.
